Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions for using "Threads Personality Analyzer" (the "Service", operated by Shop3mas). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Service requires you to log in with your Threads account, then analyzes your own public post data retrieved via the Meta Threads API and displays an entertainment-purpose personality-type diagnosis. The Service is not an official service of Threads' operator (Meta). Diagnosis results are estimates based on general personality-type theory, not an official psychological or medical assessment.

2. Conditions of Use

Only your own Threads account, accessed via Threads login, can be analyzed. Analyzing other users' accounts is not currently supported. Using the Service requires logging in with your Threads account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, in using the Service: Interfere with the Service's normal operation (e.g. abusive repeated access, use of automated tools). Impersonate another person to obtain a diagnosis. Misuse diagnosis results to defame, discriminate against, or unfairly judge someone. Gain unauthorized access to, or tamper with, the Service's systems. Act in violation of law or public order and morals.

4. Disclaimer

Diagnosis results are provided for entertainment purposes; we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from decisions or actions taken based on the Service's diagnosis results. The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to outages or specification changes in external services such as the Meta Threads API or Google Gemini API. The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the operator or their rightful holders.

6. Changes to These Terms

The operator may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on the Service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
